“I’m afraid of being hurt again, but I truly wish to reach my soul mate. How can I feel more confident about love”?

You have two options to pursue here. 1) You can stall until you have had enough time in between the pain in your previous relationship or 2) start moving on and releasing the past. Since you desire to find your soul mate, then I’d begin the task of letting go. It is faster and simpler than you think. Getting help from a certified relationship life coach can smooth the road.

Being guided to do release work is a way of releasing and freeing yourself from your previous relationship. Think of releasing your emotions and letting go as forgiveness. You are creating energetic area for the amazing, new, healthy, and whole relationship to reside in.

I can hear some of you right now crying “Yeah but, I don’t think he really should be forgiven for his actions. He wronged me and that is just that”! The will it takes to keep a grudge takes up your space. You’re allowing your happiness to be siphoned off from you. It is a slow trickle in your energy level and over time, it will deplete you, if it hasn’t already. Furthermore, that slow energy trickle prevents you from having all of your mind focused in this present moment. When you do not have your power in the moment, do you imagine you’re going to be the perfect creator that you truly are? It becomes that much more impairing. Take your full potential back by releasing and letting go of your past relationship, of judgements that weigh you down, muss up your energy level and prevent you from moving in the right direction to having the life you were born to live. You can speed up the process immensely by getting help from a life coach.

I have found that the topic of forgiving can be a complicated one. Firstly, I’m not speaking of the kind of forgiving where we were excusing someone else’s poor behavior. It is important to have healthy boundaries set for you. And to understand how you feel about who you want in your life and who you don’t, how you desire to spend your time and with whom. It is important to know what works for you and what does not. Get Relationship Life Coaching and Advice for Women today!

Until you clear the space of hurt, you will either create more pain or have a difficult time being truly fulfilled with love. So first, expunge the old hurt, then release and let in new love.

T‌hings not unlike “Oh gosh, I’ll have to after a while be seen naked. I just do not feel trim or sexy enough.” As a result of the law of attraction, naturally, not only will several intentions add to those, but you’ll continuously be creating more intentions about a low self-image. Neurological research has now told us that until the age of 7, we are so open and receptive, we have no filtering abilities. We go around in this kind of hynogogic trance and become amazed with anything that comes into our life experience. No wonder we have heavily ingrained (though misplaced) beliefs concerning a flawed nature. By the time we are six years of age, we have heard the word “NO” approximately 60,000 times. “Watch out for that”, “that can hurt you”, “be careful”, “do not drop that”. The undercurrent message seems to be you’re inept, you cannot trust yourself, you do not know what you’re doing, etc.

Our parents and guardians usually meant well. They only intended for our well-being. But you can see how easily we have been trained away from our inherent beauty and brilliance. Get Free Law of Attraction Life Coach Advice today

I suggest you go easy with yourself and give yourself a break. First off, it’s not the fault of you. It is not actually the fault of your parents. They were created the same way. But the buck CAN end here. You can stop this recurrence of low self-image on yourself and everyone else you know. You Don’t Have to Go It Alone

Free Relationship Video Reveals #1 Secret

A Relationship Coach for people with self-confidence or self-esteem issues is extremely valuable in answering this following question. Women tend to suffer the most from self-esteem, sense of abandonment and worthiness problems. Life Coach Advice for Women is one way to solve this problem in relationship coaching. Anita asks: “Are some people just meant to be lonely forever”? Anita, since you responded to the survey about love and the Law of Attraction, I am assuming you have been considering creating a relationship for you. Many people choose to keep away from intimate relationships. And that need not be the situation for a person who’s given up because they’ve continuously failed in the past. Not a thing is wrong with wanting to be without an intimate relationship. Life can be fulfilled and fantastic with any choice you make.

As long as you realize you’re choosing that rather than giving up out of frustration that you have not met the relationship of a lifetime. You can acquire it all in a relationship and in life.

If you could see yourself from the point of view of Source or your Inner Being, or Higher Self, you would see a wonderful, fantastic, brilliant, connected consciousness. Then life begins to happen around us. Our oblivious parents, teachers, and elders, in an attempt to teach us, tell us from the beginning what we need to watch out for, warn us, caution us, and attempt to protect us, effectively having us adhere to their fears and projections of insecurity instead of tuning in to our own guidance. OK, I will give you as simple new children we do require protection. Fine. But soon following they learn to function by themselves, self-actualization should be part of the training for the little ones.

Well-intentioned guides want to do the correct thing so they guide, caution, admonish, and instil fear in young ones to make them behave. This only underscores a level of insecurity and inability. The feeling of not-enoughness gets instilled as a child.

Neurological research now tells us that before the age of 7, we are so open and receptive, we have no filtering ability at all. We go around in a kind of hypnagogic trance and become impressed with whatever comes into our life experience. It is not a wonder we have deeply ingrained, although misguided, beliefs about an imperfect nature. By the time we’re 6 years old, we have heard the word “NO” approximately 60,000 times. Look out for that, that could hurt you, be careful, do not do that. The subliminal communication says you’re unworthy, you can’t trust you, you don’t know what you’re doing, and so on.

Our parents and elders were indeed well-meaning. They simply wanted our well-being. But you can see how simply we have been trained away from our inherent greatness and brilliance.

I recommend that you go easy with yourself and let yourself have a break. First off, it is not your fault. It is not even the fault of your elders. They were programmed the same way too. You can stop this perpetration of low self-esteem on yourself and everyone you know. You deserve to have anything your heart desires.

Do your very best to express yourself appreciation and self-acceptance. Treat yourself as you would a beloved child. Forgive her for her shortcomings. The truth is, the Universe appreciates, Spirit adores you, and your Inner Being adores you. Why? Because you ARE perfect. And that IS the reality!

NLP Training

Persuasion is a powerful tool and that is what this article is about. By simply using hypnotic language patterns, you can get amazing results. Not only can persuasion be incredibly powerful, it can be fairly simple as well. Once you see how powerful it can be, you will want to learn the skill yourself.

People think they have full control over their decisions, when most times they will decide with an unconscious mind. This brings us to the most useful skill of persuasion, hypnosis. Hypnotists have a simple goal and that is to get past your conscious resistance. You can learn powerful hypnotic language powers that can be used for persuasion, this only requires a few minutes of study.

This brings us to the “redefine formula”. The title says it all. You are simply learning to redirect the persons thoughts. This is a very short and powerful less, it can be learned is just ten minutes. How would you like to learn?

Here are a few prime examples. A car sales man might move the focus of your attention away from a vehicles hefty price tag, to the benefits the car will give you. When your child is crying, you may redirect their thoughts from how long the ride to grandmas house is, to how much fun they will have baking cookies with grandma when they get there. You can redefine virtually any situation. Learn to have a spin like effect on negative situations. As far as persuasion goes, this “redefine formula” can be a very powerful tool.

There are several more NLP concepts and techniques that can be taken from the field of hypnosis that can be used in the art of persuasion. Usually when you do NLP training you learn all this ones and you then you can use this NLP ideas to improve your life and way of thinking.

Another powerful and simple hypnotic tool, is called the “agreement frame”. If you act as if you are agreeing with everything someone is presenting or saying, you can often get them to do what you want on the side. This is one of the easiest ways to pass the conscious resistance. When used properly, you will make people think you agree with them completely, when you really have faced them to look into the issue you want.

Implementing these easy steps into your daily routine can have amazing results. A good example of this was a local sale man who used these techniques. He reported a 400% increase in his sales thanks to the use of many amazing NLP Products. Pretty impressive. Takes these simple set of skills and work on them. They will become more and more powerful with practice. Once you have mastered them, you will be ready to move on to the next set of skills.

So you may have heard about NLP and NLP training so what is NLP?

Well NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming and is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. It’s the visual, auditory, kinaesthetic and olfactory and gustatory that we have and use and how that plays a part in the Pictures, Sounds, Feelings and Tastes and Smells and Words (Self Talk).

It is getting in charge of your internal representational system and creating the right pictures, sounds and feelings that you need to get results. Taking a NLP Training will teach you these techniques so you can make the changes you need. The NLP training will give you insight to the process so you can experience it first hand.

Most of NLP training is known for its use with Anchors and Sub modalities (the way that each person process information). One technique you will most defiantly master during a NLP training will be basic anchoring and stacking anchors. This is the process of taking a vivid event from the past like a time that you fell down laughing for example. Now as you think about that time do you have a picture? It’s then a process of leading you into that event so that you have all the emotions of that event then by pressing on a part of your body at the height of recalled memory you anchor that emotional state to the part of your body that you pressed. These will, when done correctly by just stimulating the place that you pressed, bring back that state. So NLP Training is learning a number of these techniques along with others like swish patterns that enable you to make changes very quickly and without the effort that you would go through with traditional methods of behavioural change. This means that people with NLP training can usually work in life coaching courses and help other people to achieve their dreams.

So taking a NLP training will teach you valuable skills that you can use with yourself and use with others.
